Currently we do not allow you to manually update your keyword positions. Our rankings are based on actual SERPs pulled and can be verified by looking at the SERP HTML. There are times that our parsing does not keep up and we can reprocess rankings if there are cases where the ranking counts do not align with the SERP HTML.
